Terms of Service

Engagement
Each staffing engagement is governed by a separate service agreement signed before kickoff. These site terms cover use of the public website and account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false hiring or application information.
Billing
Engagement billing is monthly, in advance, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement. Cancellations require 30 days notice.
Replacement guarantee
If a placed staff member is not the right fit within the first 7 business days, we will replace them at no additional cost, subject to the service agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
