Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and My Virtual Staffings ("My Virtual Staffings", "we", "us"), the operator of this website and the staffing services offered through it. You can contact us at info@myvirtualstaffings.com.

By accessing or using this site, creating an account, submitting a hiring request, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We connect clients with pre-vetted virtual staff across administrative, customer support, sales, marketing, finance, HR and IT functions on hourly, part-time, full-time and custom team engagements.

Each staffing engagement is governed by a separate service agreement signed before kickoff, which prevails over these site terms in the event of conflict for that engagement.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scanning or testing the security of the service without permission; scraping; or submitting false hiring or application information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

My Virtual Staffings (and its licensors) retain all rights, title and interest in the website, the application, our methodologies, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds. Subscription engagements bill monthly in advance unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your service agreement.

If a placed staff member is not the right fit within the first 7 business days of starting, we will replace them at no additional cost, subject to the service agreement. This is in addition to your statutory and refund rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, abusive behaviour toward our staff, or repeated or serious policy violations. We will give reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation of paid plans is handled through Paddle's customer portal (paddle.net) in line with our Refund Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to My Virtual Staffings in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to liability. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

You agree to indemnify My Virtual Staffings for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, breach of these terms, or content or instructions you provide.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
